Ayant adoré : "Le rêve d'Habib" il me fallait lire ce livre, j'ai trouvé la plume de l'auteur toujours aussi addictive, on est directement plongé dans k'histoire que j'ai trouvé très prenante ici.
On va suivre un photographe Ian qui arrive sur cette mystérieuse île ayant pour nom : "Salverney" où sa fille à été retrouvée morte des mois avant.
Il pense à un meurtre, il se rend donc là-haut pour découvrir la vérité et en cherchant il va tomber sur des secrets bien enfouis.
Vous aimez les thriller anglo-saxons avec une atmosphère pesante et mystérieuse faisant penser à du Simenon, du Arsène Lupin c'est ce livre qu'il faut lire.

Having loved “Habib's Dream,” I had to read this book. I found the author's writing style as addictive as ever, and I was immediately drawn into the story, which I found very compelling.
We follow Ian, a photographer who arrives on a mysterious island called “Salverney,” where his daughter was found dead months earlier.
He suspects murder, so he goes there to discover the truth, and in his search, he uncovers some well-buried secrets.
If you like Anglo-Saxon thrillers with a heavy, mysterious atmosphere reminiscent of Simenon or Arsène Lupin, this is the book for you.
