Mon avis

Quand j'ai vu la magnifique couverture de ce livre ,j'ai sauté sur l'occasion et je ne regrette pas, énorme coup de cœur pour ce premier tome, j'attend avec hâte la suite. Quand je lis la biographie de l'auteure on voit qu'elle connait bien certains sujets évoqués dans le livre.

On y retrouve Emma Trent qui naît pendant un orage et la foudre s’abat sur la ville, serais-ce l'enfant tant attendu par son arrière grand-mère Erina? Qui aurait un don... Sa mère Camille refuse de penser à ça, sauf qu'à l'aube des quinze ans d'Emma en compagnie de ses cousins, cousines, elle va découvrir le secret de son arrière grand-mère.

C'est pour cela que selon ses humeurs la météo change, où elle seule peut voir certaines personnes. Emma n'a qu'une seule chose à faire se faire à son mystérieux don en menant une vie tout à fait normale.

Un premier tome très prometteur, avec celui ci l'auteure m'a conquis vivement la suite.

My mind

When I saw the magnificent cover of this book, I jumped at the chance and I don't regret it. I fell in love with this first volume and can't wait for the sequel. When I read the author's biography, it's clear that she's very familiar with some of the subjects covered in the book.

Emma Trent is born during a thunderstorm, and lightning strikes the town. Could this be the child her great-grandmother Erina has been waiting for? Who has a gift... Her mother Camille refuses to think about it, except that on the eve of Emma's fifteenth birthday, in the company of her cousins, she discovers her great-grandmother's secret.

That's why, depending on her moods, the weather changes and only she can see certain people. Emma has only one thing to do: come to terms with her mysterious gift and lead a perfectly normal life.

A very promising first volume, with this one the author has won me over, and I can't wait for the sequel.
