Les enquêtes du Emerald Club: the cosy mystery saga that will take you to Australia from the comfort of your sofa, guaranteed without jet-lags or eight-legged creatures!
The author wrote this novel so that her goddaughter, deaf from birth and fitted with a cochlear device, could find characters who resemble her.
My mind
I've been looking forward to the sequel for ages.
It's been eight months since Rose left France, and Christmas is just around the corner with plenty of twists and turns.
When two cases surface, the Emerald Club is on edge.
Birdie, the oldest member of the group, has a long-standing investigation into a new series of murders.
And a woman is accused of murder, her goddaughter to be precise, and the group must clear her name.
I loved this volume even more, the author's increasingly addictive style won me over, and I hope there'll be a sequel.
If you're like me, you love cosy mysteries, Australia from Sydney to the Valley of the Kangaroos via the Blue Mountains, then you'll love this book.
