Que de plaisir de lire cette belle histoire entre Scarlett et un pilote d'avion pendant la seconde guerre mondiale.

A presque trente ans Georgia veux recommencer sa vie à zéro à cause d'un divorce. Elle décide de retourner où sa grand-mère Scarlett vivait, autrefois romancière. Une fois là haut quelle surprise, elle cohabite avec un auteur qui doit terminer d'écrire le roman que sa grand-mère à laisser avant de mourir. Ils vont travailler sur ce manuscrit inachevé ensemble et apprendre à se connaître. Sauf qu'ils vont découvrir de mystérieuses lettres et comprendre pourquoi elle n'a jamais fini d'écrire ce livre. Ce livre relate son histoire d'amour avec un pilote d'avion pendant la seconde guerre mondiale. Est ce que Noah et Georgia vont pouvoir terminer ce manuscrit inachevé et réparer les erreurs du passé?

Mon tout premier livre de l'auteure, j'ai adoré sa plume si addictive, le mélange époque du passé pendant la seconde guerre mondiale et le présent de nos jours.

Vous aimez les romans historiques sur la seconde guerre mondiale, la romantasy, je ne peux que vous recommander ce livre.

My mind

What a pleasure to read this beautiful story between Scarlett and an airplane pilot during the Second World War.

At almost thirty, Georgia wants to start her life all over again after a divorce. She decides to return to where her grandmother Scarlett used to live, once a novelist. Once there, what a surprise: she's living with an author who has to finish writing the novel her grandmother left behind before she died. They work on this unfinished manuscript together and get to know each other. But then they discover mysterious letters and find out why she never finished writing the book. The book is about her love affair with an airplane pilot during the Second World War. Will Noah and Georgia be able to finish this unfinished manuscript and right the wrongs of the past?

This was my very first book by this author, and I loved her addictive writing and the way she blends the World War II past with today's present.

If you like historical novels about the Second World War or romance, I can only recommend this book.
