Un grand merci aux éditions M+éditions pour l'envoi de ce livre papier.

Au départ j'ai peiné à accroché à l'histoire mais plus j'avançais plus l'histoire était prenante, captivante, remplie d'intrigues, de suspens et de rebondissements avec des personnages très attachants.

On y retrouve Elliot Delmas travaillant en tant que capitaine à la brigade financière de la police qui ouvre une enquête sur une société dans le domaine médical suisse. Son nom Metabcare en pleine implantation dans la région. Sauf que derrière le nom il y à bien pire. Elliot pensais avoir tout vu dans la vie, la il est loin de s'imaginer ce qu'il l'attend. Disparitions étranges, intimidations...

Ce que j'ai aimé dans ce livre :

Une fois le scénario mis en place on est à fond dans l'histoire, on s'attache aux personnages. L'auteure nous entraîne dans le monde noir avec brio. Hâte de lire son autre roman Le concile des louves qui est dans ma pile à lire depuis un moment

Si vous aimez les romans noirs, le suspens, les rebondissements, je ne peux que vous recommander ce livre.

At the beginning I struggled to get hooked on the story but the more I went on the more the story was gripping, captivating, full of intrigue, suspense and twists with very endearing characters.

We find Elliot Delmas working as a captain in the police financial brigade who opens an investigation on a company in the Swiss medical field. His name is Metabcare and it is in full swing in the region. Except that behind the name there is much worse. Elliot thought he had seen everything in life, but he is far from imagining what awaits him. Strange disappearances, intimidations...

What I liked about this book :

Once the scenario is set up we are fully in the story, we get attached to the characters. The author takes us into the dark world with brio. I can't wait to read her other novel, Le concile des louves, which has been in my to-read pile for a while.

If you like dark novels, suspense, twists and turns, I can only recommend this book.
