Mon avis :

Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier les éditions MxM Bookmark et le site Netgalley qui m'ont permis de lire ce livre.

Je suis un fan de romance historiques. L'histoire se déroule ici au quatorzième siècle en Écosse. On y retrouve Ailsa du clan Cameron qui se retrouve porteuse d'une prophétie qui va changer son existence à jamais.

Quant à Duncan c'est un futur héritier du clan MacLean. Il est rejeté par son père qui pense qu'il est le fruit d'un adultère. Ailsa et Duncan vont se retrouver alors que tout les opposent, mais ils vont être liés par le destin lorsqu'ils vont se rencontrer par hasard aux abord du Loch Linnhe.

Un livre lu d'une traite tellement j'ai accroché à l'histoire si captivante, addictive, remplie de suspens et de rebondissements avec des personnages très attachants. Hâte de lire d'autres livres de cette auteure qui à une plume addictive.

I'm a fan of historical romance. The story takes place here in fourteenth century Scotland. It features Ailsa of the Cameron clan who finds herself the bearer of a prophecy that will change her life forever.

As for Duncan, he is a future heir of the MacLean clan. He is rejected by his father who thinks he is the fruit of adultery. Ailsa and Duncan will meet again when everything opposes them, but they will be bound by destiny when they meet by chance at Loch Linnhe.

A book read in one go, so much so that I hooked on the story, so captivating, addictive, full of suspense and twists and turns with very endearing characters. Can't wait to read more books by this author who has an addictive pen.
