Christophe Schriber is a Swiss writer living in Geneva. Résumé :

Un matin de gueule de bois, Nathan découvre que Louise a disparu avec Charlie, leur fils de cinq ans. Sur la table de la cuisine, une note des plus inquiétantes : « Charlie va bien, ne t’inquiète pas ».

Je tiens particulièrement à remercier les éditions Librinova pour ce service presse.

On y retrouve Nathan qui un lendemain de cuite en se réveillant ne trouve pas sa femme Louise et son fils Charlie. Il trouve juste une note : "Charlie va bien, ne t'inquiètes pas". Il va chercher à joindre en vain sa femme, son numéro de téléphone n'étant plus en service. Il va faire des recherches et tomber sur de vieilles lettres jamais reçues et un médaillon avec la photo d'un certain Taylor dessus. Sa femme lui aurait t'elle cacher des choses sur son passé? Il va aller à New-York pour essayer de la retrouver.

L'auteur nous entraine dans un thriller à suspens en passant par la Suisse, L’écosse et les Etat-Unis. Il fait référence à la quête d'un père faisant tout son possible pour retrouver sa famille.

J'ai accroché de suite à l'histoire si addictive, captivante, remplie de suspens et de rebondissements avec des personnages attachants. Hâte de découvrir d'autres livres de cet auteur qui à une plume addictive.

Nathan woke up one day after getting drunk and could not find his wife Louise and son Charlie. He just finds a note: "Charlie is fine, don't worry". He tries to reach his wife in vain, his phone number being out of service. He will do some research and come across some old letters never received and a locket with a picture of a man named Taylor on it. Is there anything his wife hasn't told him about her past? He'll go to New York to try to find her.

The author takes us on a thriller thriller through Switzerland, Scotland and the United States. It refers to a father's quest to find his family.

I immediately fell in love with the story, which is so addictive, captivating, full of suspense and twists and turns with endearing characters. I can't wait to discover other books by this author who has an addictive feather in his cap.
