J'ai de suite été attiré par cette magnifique couverture de livre, sauf que je ne savais pas quand j'ai fais la demande à Netgalley que c'était un deuxième livre de la série, du coup ça me donne envie de lire la série complète.

On apprend que Magdalena est une sorcière et qu'elle l'avait garder secret en elle pendant des années. Les vacances de noël approchent à grands pas et c'est sa période préférée. Elle se décide à sortir de chez elle pour aller voir les festivités. Elle va tomber sur Gabriel son meilleur ami d'enfance qui lui manque terriblement. Elle passe la soirée avec lui et va camper avec ses amis. Une nuit des loups-garou  sont proches du campement elle décide de s'en débarrasser seule sauf qu'elle a besoin d'aide. Gabriel s'aperçoit de la disparition de Magdalena et avec ses amis va tout faire pour la retrouver.

Un livre lu d'une traite tellement j'ai accroché à l'histoire si captivante, remplie de suspens et de rebondissements avec des personnages attachants. Hâte de lire la série complète pour en apprendre plus sur l’héroïne principale Magdalena

I was immediately drawn to this beautiful book cover, except that I didn't know when I asked Netgalley that it was a second book in the series, so it makes me want to read the whole series.

We learn that Magdalena is a witch and that she had kept it secret inside her for years. Christmas vacation is fast approaching and it is her favorite time of the year. She decides to get out of her house to go and see the festivities. She is going to run into Gabriel, her childhood best friend, who she misses terribly. She spends the evening with him and goes camping with her friends. One night werewolves are close to the camp and she decides to get rid of them by herself except that she needs help. Gabriel notices Magdalena's disappearance and with his friends will do everything to find her.

A book read in one go, so much so that I hooked on the story so captivating, full of suspense and twists and turns with endearing characters. Can't wait to read the whole series to learn more about the main heroine Magdalena.
